Amos Guangdong (Jiangmen) Large-Scale New Industrial Research Base Inaugurated and Commenced Production

Amos Food Group has independently invested over CNY 700 million to establish the Amos Guangdong (Jiangmen) Large-Scale New Industrial Research Base since 2019. After five years of construction, the base was officially completed and commenced production on March 6, 2024. As the Group’s second headquarters, it holds a leading position in industry production capacity and serves as a multifunctional integrated hub combining production, R&D, supply chain management, and industrial cultural tourism.
The base includes facilities such as a creative candy production center, nutrition candy production center, e-commerce logistics center, R&D experimental center, office building, and staff dormitories. Covering an area of 33,400 square meters with a total construction area of 120,000 square meters, it is equipped with a 1,500-square-meter R&D office, a 2,000-square-meter independent sampling room, and a 700-square-meter advanced laboratory. The production workshops feature unmanned automation, and state-of-the-art production equipment imported from Germany incorporates international double-tube boiling technology to ensure stable and transparent syrup production. The global-leading sandwich soft candy injection system supports the development and production of complex sugar structures, including 2D/3D, filled, peeled, and aerated gelatin candies, hard candies, and compressed tablets.
While emphasizing technological innovation, the Group upholds traditional craftsmanship and integrates AI-driven processing models, robotics technology, and big data modules to optimize production processes and drive operational upgrades.
Adhering to environmental regulations, the base achieves "green factory" status through renewable energy adoption, waste reduction, and resource recycling. It also promotes regional employment and workforce skill development. Following the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, the industrial tourism base will serve as a science education hub accessible to Greater Bay Area cities, enhancing local tourism and establishing itself as a regional industrial landmark. Currently, it has been accredited as the "Jiangmen Science Popularization Education Base" and the "Jiangmen Student Research & Practice Education Base."
